Food Journal for Today, Saturday:

B: 1 FF 110 Calorie Bagle
1 Slice American Cheese
1/2 Cup Tropical Fruit in its own Juice

S: Child Size PB & Eggnog FF Yogurt

L: 2 Slices Whole Whet Bread
4 oz Tuna
2 T Lt. Mayo

D: 1/2 Chicken Leg
1/2 Small Yam w/a little Brown Sugar and 1/2 T Lt. Margarine
Stir Fry Steamed Veggies w/1/2 T Lt. Margarine

S: 1 1/4 Cup FF Milk
1/2 Banana
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
(This is my nightly Smoothie)

Exercise Journal:

1 Hour Walking at the Gym on the Track this morning

1 LF Carrot Muffin

S: 1 1/2 Cup FF Milk
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
2 T Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana
