Hello, I'm new at this. I was wondering if anyone out there can help me.

I'm am 18 years old, I go to a gym, and workout.:lift: I have Celltech at home which I plan to take.

I want to lose weight, and get in shape. I was wondering if anyone knows about Celltech or any others Supplements(that are safe) that will help me on my journey.

I would also like to know if anyone knows goods things to do to lose a gut, or exercises to lose a gut.

It is January, and I hope to lose pounds, and gain more muscle by June of this year.

If there are anyone willing to give me info, and tell me there stories. It will be greatly appreciated!

I've found that most "supplement" really don't add much loss. Eating right and exercise are the main keys to weight loss.

I tend to agree, but by eating less and exercising more, you may find you need a daily vitamin. I take one each day and I know it helps me feel sure that even though I eat less, I am replacing needed vitamins and such from my diet.

Unless you are already THIN and just want to add MUSCLE, I'd stay away from supplements. Do this yourself.. don't depend on some product to help you.

Unless that product is water and gym equipment. :-D
