Ok a new year, a new journal, a new attitude. Survived the last year and started my journey to me.
Last years highlights:
-Gave up Pepsi
-took up aquasize 3 days a week
-took time for me
-realized I am an emotional eater
-dropped inches but not many pounds
-realized I was worth it
This Years Goals:
-more exercise
-more water
-create a liveable diet plan
-measure and track weight & inches
-make myself accountable
-keep focused
How:
More exercise - start walking, have ordered a pedometer, heard a person should walk 10,000 steps a day. Am very curious to see what I'm currently doing.
More Water - bought a water cooler for home on New Years Eve. Have given up ice in my drinks and settle for cool water not cold.
Create a Liveable diet plan - start with a weekly plan today.
Measure & Track Weight & Inches lost - started a spreadsheet this morning, measuring was a real eye opener. Should keep me focused. Will do once a week, every Sunday morning.
Make myself Accountable- I will do a food diary as well as the measuring and record on Sundays as well. My mini goal will be 10 pounds a month and 10 minutes more excercise a day for January.
Keep Focused- visit this site more often and write in my jounal minimum every second day. Review my stats weekly and see what 1 thing I can focus on better for next. One thing at a time.
