Breakfast 1 cup of Vector Cereal 164 cals
1/2 cup of skim milk 45 cals Total 209
1 cup of decaf tea and skim milk
Lunch 2 rice cakes 75 cals
1 orange 70 cals total 354
Dinner 3/4 bbq'd sausage ?
1/2 cup reheated pan fried potatoes ?
1 cup of mixed veggies
Drank all my water
Treat I had a hot chocolate 1/2 water and 1/2 skim milk.
I will look into getting a diet one. We came in from a cold 3 mile walk and wanted something hot besides tea.

Worked through lunch Just had some water
Dinner was 1 cup of spagetti and one cup of sauce with meat
cut up veggies
1 garlic bread and 2 glasses of water.
had 6 glasses of water. Still not 100% due to recovering from the flu. I was sure hungry when I got home but I waited until dinner instead of getting into anything.

L/ Had a Ham and cheese 6 inch sub with a bit of butter and lettuce.
D/ Had 1/1/2 cups of left over spagetti with meat
No treats had 6 water and 1/2 an hour of dancing instead of a walk. We are having a bit of a storm and I was not going out walking if no one can see me.

1 8 oz of white wine
NO DESSERT

D/ Wild rice and Hamburg Mixed with caesar salad and 1 bun
4 glasses of water before breakfast
4 before lunch
One of the diet books that I'm reading now says to jump start you loosing weight you can drink 4 glasses when you get up and then 4 glasses just before lunch and do this for 2 days in a row and also just drink water as your fluid no other. This will get you started to think more about water instead of other drinks. And for every cup of tea or coffee you should also drink a glass of water to replace it.

2 slices of W.W. Toast 147cals Nothing on it
Total 308 cals
D/ 1 W Wheat Pita Pizza/ 4 cut up olives and 2 sliced mushrooms
1 slice of garlic toast.
6 glasses of water.

Snack today was a large Granny Smith apple
D/ will be 2 w Wheat flat bread with 1/2 cup of Extra lean Hamburg lettuce tomatoes and salsa sauce
and brown rice and 2 water.
I drank all my glasses of water today.

D/2 flat bread W Wheat/ Extra lean Hamburg/ cheese and all the trimmings for 2 Brown rice
afternoon 2 glasses of water. and 1 walk
Finished all my water.

Dinner/ 1 hamburger and a bun/ about 1/2 the baked fries that I usually have /ceasar salad and 2 water
had about 6 glasses of water.

D/ Out 1 glass of wine/Ck cordon swiss {LARGE} Wild Rice with veggies and 1 small slice of Birthday cake. Plus a greek salad to start and 2 glasses of water
2 glasses of water in the afternoon. and 2 walks because I know that I was goiong to have a nice dinner.
