A New Year, a new journal! I have been doing awesome in these first days of the month, I am so proud of myself!! On the first, I weighed 212 pounds. Today I weigh 204 pounds!!
The Six Week Body Makeover is really strict, but it works awesome, and I'm hardly ever hungry. I can't eat bread, pasta, red meat, pork, some fish, fats, sugars, or salts. I have to drink 100 oz. of water a day. There is also a workout plan that is specifically designed for my body type. My hubby almost killed me when he found out I spent $160.00 on a diet, but now he's happy it's going so well.
I quit smoking on the third. My last cigarette was after I got off work at 6 am. I'm using Nicorette, and that has helped a lot. My hubbys quitting with me(his last one was on the first). That is verrrrrry helpful!
I am finding that it is easier to stick with my diet since I have not been smoking. Right now I fell so strong, like I have total control over myself. It's awesome!!:lift:
I am completely determined and committed to do this. I WILL do this!

Thanks for all the kind words and support, everyone!:)
I'm doing good. Still haven't smoked, and it's getting easier! I haven't exercised since my last entry, but that's okay.
I'm not sure if my diet was featured on Oprah, I miss it once in a while. The diet can take longer than 6 weeks if you have a lot of weight to lose, and then there is a maintenence plan, for keeping it off.
I am down to 203. I can't wait to be in the hundreds again!! :D
The kids are getting restless, I'd better get outta here for now.

GREAT about not smoking :cheer: You can do this!

I have a group that helps people quit smoking, if you are interested let me know and I will post the information for you.

It is free and it's a newsletter that supports you while you are quiting and offers great support, tips etc. :)
