View Full Version : All you can eat vegetables? Help!!!!

Hi Everyone!
I decided to start weight watchers again. Vey very exciting.
I honestly dont think there is a better healthier diet outthere.
I went on the low carb for 2 days and whewwww...not for me.
Why ? Because I simply loooooove vegetables!

This is my big question and I would love if someone could help me....

First and most important....

1) I cant live without spinach, couliflower and mushrooms. I really really enjoy it. Even simply steamed with just a little touch like mustard or a super light fat free dressing just to spice it up. Can I eat as much as i want of vegetable like spinach, couliflower and mushrooms? This would be the best !!!!

2) suger fat free Jello ? Casn I eat as much as i want of this?
I know it has aspartame but it really helps when i have cravings for sweets ? I know gellatine is good for you....


I am on my second day and I really need help :-) I can only attend my ww meeting next week so i would much appreciate some help!

Welcome Visuale. Way to go on starting WW. I think you can eat as much of the vegetables that you want, and I think that sugarfree jello is a free food too.Kepp coming back to the board and get support. The people here are really great and have good information to share. Good luck

Thanks for the info!

Yesterday i got home and ate a whole bag of spinach and couliflower....yummmmm Tonight I am planning to have some
sauted chicken with sauted mushrooms and more spinach!

Oh..yesterday i bought frozen strawberries...
I had a cup...sprinkled some splenda on top, put it in the
microwave to defrost and make it a little warm. It creates this
yummie sweet syrup. I ate it with 2 tbsp of lite cool wip.
Very yum desert and hardly no points...right?
The strawberries were 1 point plus zero for the lite cool wip.
Correct ?

You should try it...

Hi ale,
Yep I love the strawberries sprinkled with splenda and also zap them for a few seconds !!

The veggies. You may have 5 servings of 0 points veggies a day. The rest you must count and that isn't too bad since they are pretty low calorie anyway!!

Same thing with any free food you may eat what you want but once they add up to 50 calories you must start counting them as one point. Free foods like jello and sugar free and fat free foods always check the label for serving sizes and calorie count.

I love veggies too but some I prefer cooked or steamed!! Cauliflower I love steamed!! yummmmm plain with a hint of salt!!

Sounds like you are on your way!!!!!!!
