Hi Brenda,

I just posted my exercise minutes for the month on the other thread. For Jan 22-28 I had 235 min for a total of 1150.

Everybody is doing great keep up the awesome job.

Good idea Bren,

I will post each week total over here on this thread so you can do the totals. I will keep posting my weekly minutes on the other thread so I will be keeping my running score there. In other words the other thread is a record of what I did each week whereas here is the totals for each week. This way we have a running total of the time from January 1st to April 30th.

We are doing a 4 month goal rather than a monthly goal. I hope this makes more sense to you then it does me and I wrote it. Anyway in essence I will be posting my minutes twice.

THink I will have more coffee and then reread this!!!!

Lizzie....That's right........a 4000 minute goal by April 30th. I will do mine weekly also, on the regular exercise thread, doing a month at a time.
See......I'm not clear either! You're in great company here! LOL! I will POST a week at a time, towards my monthly goal......there!

Hi all :)

I had an excellent week last week, I logged 450 minutes from Wed. 1/29-Tue. 2/4

This week won't be a repeat though, I'm taking today off, this virus is in my chest now and I'm rattling like a snake with congestion, so I'm on rest and fluids (self imposed) and I'll see how I feel tomorrow!

Donna.....I hope this passes quickly for you and I hope you have a Dr's input! That sounds really bad!
Take really good care of yourself! Hug your bed a lot and do behave, baby..........
450 minutes! OMG! I can only aspire to such! LOL!

I sure hope you start feeling better soon. That doesn't sound good at all congestion rattlin like a snake. OMG I have never heard that one!! Sorry don't mean to laugh but that is funny. Now I still hope you feel better fast!! Take care sweetie.

HI ya Bren,

Just logged my week's minutes! I am all the way up to 654!!!!!! Yahoooooooooooooooo. Need to do at least 52 a day i think to complet my 4000 minutes!! I can do that!! hahahah I am going to!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes I read what I have written and think "What was I thinking?" OMG tooooooo funny!!

Hiya Lizzie!! That's a WONDERFUL report! Hey....I haven't figured what I need daily! I'd better hop to!
I was telling Sharon at work about our challenge.....she thought I said (and I probably DID) 4000 minutes a MONTH which was like 66.66 hours a month. Since "we"....she and I, figured on 26 days a month to work out.....it was 2.56 hours a day! Then I told her it 1000 minutes a month and 4000 by April 30Th. She thought she could do that! LOL!
You are such an inspiration to me Lizzie! Thanks a BUNCH!

Hi guys,

Didn't have such a hot week last week with that virus and all. I think it bounced from a virus to a chest infection and finally settled down to just a cold? Don't know for sure but whatever it was I had one ugly coughing, sneezing, achy, running nose, stuffy nose, stuffy head week from "you know where!"
But, it's better now! :)
I only logged a total of 200 minutes last week. Slow week! And I had to push myself to do those! :)

Donna....hey 200 minutes in your condition is a LOT to brag about!! That's great! Hope you recover very quickly! Can't have our exercise gurus down for the count for too long!
