Well everyone I dropped for more pounds this week. I am down to 272.5, for a total loss of 4 pounds, and a total of 57.5 pounds in 85 days. Lets shoot for 269 for next week.

I dropped that in the last month but its better than gaining!

Hi weightnsee still your charging on great guns, ? you must be finding it hard to keep up with clothes that fit , but I bet its a great feeling. Why dont you write us up a little article on your journey from the start, there is a lot of motivation there for us guys, keep it up and well done.

Clothes are beginning to be a pain in the ass. Most I have lost in a week was like 3 weeks ago, I lost 5.5. Lowest has been 3.5, with an average of four. Guys, this plan is so easy, im never hungry, and I am still laughing at everyone that ragged on me about that "starvation mode" crap!

I'm hungry all the time!!! All the time I eat breakfast and I'm eyeing the carpet by the door because I'm looking for something filling! If I can stay at 1.5 pounds a week I'll stay on target.
Hey I got a belt and I'm on the regular holes. Shirts fit right and those "loose or comfort fit size 40's (actually 42-44 thus the word comfort fit) are way to big I actually fit in proper 40 dress pants, I think in a box some place I have some 36 waste clothes.... AH the dream is alive!!!! How many of use have a pair of jeans we kept that are too big just to get out of with out having to undo the button! Feels great... I'll need duds for work in September but hopfully I'll be in the 36's for that....
Here's to the us in size 34's...

I too have kept some clothes from the start of my lifetime change and come this June ( 1 full year) I am gonna slip on a pair of trousers that were begining to feel slightly tight, I know they will feel huge but it will be interesting.
Weightnsee in what order would you put priority on your eating plan, ? calorie reduction , your chosen food or the time schedule or do you feel all 3 are of equal importance, Its interesting but because I avoid high sugar foods my hunger is very controlable also.

I'd also be interested in knowing how you're doing it. Maybe I missed it if you explained before.
And I also have clothes from the start of my weight loss, and I'm glad I'm not in those clothes anymore.
Nothing beats wearing a size large when you used to wear 6X.
