Hello Everyone,
Are you looking for a new challenge and can't find what you want?? Then stop in the Snow Angel Firecracker challenge and check us out!!

We are having a 2 month challenge with a new goal each week. Our basic goal is to lose weight and exercise. Now we are adding a goal each week from the following:

1. Add a new fruit and eat 3 a day
2. Add a vegetable and eat 5 a day
3. Exercise 5 minutes more for each exercise period.
4. Start walking!!!
5. Attend a chat session.
6. Drink more water for a week.
7. Add a new grain or cereal
8. Plan a menu.
9. Try a new food or spice
10. Start a journal
11. Try a new activity like starting a craft
12. Post in journals and meet new folks--post in someones's journal that you do not know.
13. Work on developing a positive attitude or maintaining a postive attitude
14. If you have unresolved issues work on resolving at least one and ask for help if you need it
15. Share your successes
16. Ask for help when you need it by sharing a problem that you need help with.

There are many more issues that are not listed but please add you own. The issue that you may need to address may be one that someone else needs to address. Therefore when you share it helps other feel more confortable sharing the same issue. After all we are all in this together!!!

So there is a quick review of what the new challenge is about. We start the new challenge on May1, 2003 and ends on July 31, 2003. Are you up for the challenge?? Well okay then see on May 1. 2003.

Everyone ready????????????????????????? DH is on a business trip so tonight I plan on taking some time to think about my goals for the challenge and write them down. I am going to make a weekly and end of challenge weight goal and an exercise plan.

I printed out your list Lizzie. My first will be the journal.....for week one. I'ma wenie tho and for now will do a notebook. One day, perhaps I'll start an on-line one.
