View Full Version : A Bad Week...but reFOCUSED now !

Hi Gang !

Well, I did everything wrong last week.

1. Did not exercise.

2. Did not drink my water.

3. Did not follow my exchange plan.

4. Binged on cookies and other snacks.

5. Allowed "stress" to lead to "closet
eating" aka eating when no one else
was around to see. (my worst habit!)


6. Ate dinner (pizza) right before my weigh
in.
The results????

A gain of 7 1/2 pounds !

That was as of last Thursday. I'm back on track now and hope to stay there. Worked too hard to go back now. I am now at the same weight I was on April 7th....seems to pile on a lot faster than it falls off.

I will have a better weigh in this week, I promise !

Here is a hug from me to you ((((((HUGS))))))))). You will have better days I promise you. The first thing we really need to deal with though is stress. Get rid of the day to day stress and learn how to deal with it in a different manner. Usually taking a walk or just being alone to think things over helps me. TAke it from someone who's been there and still going through it.

Of course, you are right ! The day to day stress isn't the problem right now. It's the new job stress,until I find my comfort zone.

It is getting better...just takes awhile.
