Monday I weighed in after losing the previous 4 weeks and had a gain of 1 3/4. Well this week will be different. I have been exercising more and watching what I eat. So hot, so lots of salad. Hope you have a good week Cocoon, and everyone else too.

I know exactly how you feel. I went through a "slow down" earlier this year where I was losing only 1/4 pound or "turtling" every week, then we went to Vegas and I gained 8 pounds! But I didn't even try to diet while we were there. When we got home I went back on program and posted a 9 pound loss the following week ! I think my body thought it was going into starvation mode (and I get 1500 calories a day) before vacation...and it hadn't figured it out until now.
I am having a better week...have been on track every day despite the stress.
