I've just started the weightloss thing this week and I've managed to walk everyday and cut down on the fat and sugar I'm eating. My starting weight was 142kg's *cringe*...but after 6 days i'm down 3kg's. There is still soooooooooo much to go! My goal is to be 133kg by the end of July
