I thought today would never get here! I made it past the "3rd day" doldrums and was on track with calories and nutrition all week. I imagine some of this intitial loss is water, but I am glad to get the psychological boost. From here on, I'll be thrilled to lose 1.5-2 pounds/week. Most of all, I'll be glad when these eating decisions are more habit than a forced regimen!

Congratulation!!!!!!!!! on the weight loss Simone. You are doing wonderful. Since I haven't lost anything since Christmas, I'm starting to count calories today. Hoping to keep it below 1500. My goal is 140'ish by December. Hope to chat with you soon!

Diane, you GO girl! I know you can do it. The first week is a bear, especially by day 3, but it is sure a feeling of accomplishment to have made it this far. 1500 is a very fair goal. I shoot for 1300-1500 and averaged 1350 this first week. I use a nurtition manager that really helps me keep track of cals/fat/protein/carbs. All need to be in balance if I hope to do this cardio/weight training routine. Thanks for the kudos!
