Okay I lost 7 poounds the first 10 days! NOTHING since! It's been three weeks! I have been walking my little heart out! I decided to putt he scale in the closet! I am so frustrated! I need some reassurance that this too will pass!!!! But how long will it last? Does anyone have any tips to get me going again?
Jen, I weighed in at WW this morning. I joined 2 weeks ago. The first week I gained 1/2 pound (that time you know). Today I had lost 1 pound. I have been journaling my foods/drinks, getting plenty of water, and getting exercise in almost every day. I think your 7 pounds sounds wonderful!!!
Keep it up and things will happen. Are you eating enough food??
Thanks for the pick me up! I never thought about not eating enough food! I think I am. I never come close to eating enough of the bread/grain group. Maybe I am eating too much fruit!
I thought about WW and even looked in on their web site. But the meeting is held at a chinese restaurant whats that about?
