I have been doing the WW thing since March.
I have lost 20 pounds-Very Slowly. It wasn't until Aug. that I stopped going to the meetings ( which I loved) but finances became an issue and being the mother, I decided
it was a luxury for me. I have been very faithful to my journal, my water and my aerobics. The points however, are slowly becoming hard to do. Has anybody been able to do this WW thing alone without the support?
I am very concerned. Should I just put my foot down and just do it?
