I have to post this - then it's real. I am in my second week at ww. First week I lost 6.8, this week I gained 4. Does anyone have any tips for water retention. I couldn't drink the water the past few days. I feel like a balloon! Help!

Hello, I put in a bit of Crystal lite in my water. Just so it has some kind of taste. I can't drink plan boring water it is gross to me. Keep up with the water, if you drink more your body will release more water. Its a catch 22..

Feel like I am getting back on track now. I looked at exercise equipment tonight. It's all so expensive! I am back in the water. I just gotta keep going!
<font color="red">Jen please don't get so easily discouraged. Could it be near that time of month???? That could cause quite a difference in the scales. If you really get into the exercising don't try and following the pounds loss but note the inches lost. Excessive exercising causes muscle build up but hey it's good for the heart.
