Good Morning,

Sorry just had to do it! I will probably just list my food throughout the day since I make choices as the day goes on.

So far:

App. 2 Tblsp Chili (made it last night and wanted to see how it came out)
Banana
2 cups of coffee with skim milk

1/2 cup chili
small potato 2Tblsp Light sour cram
16 oz water

1/2 cup chili (ok I put it away I guess I had about a cup to a cup and 1/2 for the day.

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
tomatoes
2 Tblsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp jelly
1/2 can Chunky New England Clam Chowder

No over eating today. A lot of physical work outside.
Sometimes I measure sometimes I estimate. I did both today. I am drinking my 24oz bottle of water now. I will get a few more in tonight. Well I did fine for the day. Not typical in the fact that I had no veggies. Good that there was no over eating or binges. Also good because I did a lot of physical work. I am done eating for the day I will be back tomorrow.

Todays Goal: Eat when I'm hungry, stop when I am full, enjoy my food, no guilt.

Okay I am going to give it a go also. This morning so far:

2 toast with butter.
coffee with creamer
1/2 cup milk--yuck but had to drink it
1 banana

lunch: Dh wanted to stop at Burger King and get some food. So he bought me chicken sandwich, fries and huge coke. So that pretty much takes care of the rest of the day. Which is a good thing because I used all my points for lunch and breakfast.



Dinner: Salad if I get hungry



Snack: fruit if I get hungry Cherries yum or banana or both!



Well we see how this goes!! Yikes!!!!!!!!


Now tomorrow I am going to have to pay more attention and stick with points and menu plan! NO more fast food. I know he stopped today because he knew I didn't eat lunch but won't do that again! Shoot forgot to take my meds today!! Now Lizzie!!!!!

2 whole wheat toast, egg beaters, strawberry jam, coffee, water

3 c stirfry veggies w/soy sauce
1 c brown rice
water

Scrambled eggbeater sand, w/cheese
2 plums
2 c watermelon

Snack
pickled beets
8 frozen cherries

lots and lots of water

Alright, I'll give this a go:

pre-workout snack: none, just water before, during and after workout (40 oz)

breakfast:seasoned baked potato cubes (120 cal/0g fat)
2 turkey sausage patties (230 cal/17g fat)
3/4C egg beaters (90 cal/0g fat)
water (20oz)


AM snack: apple (80 cal/0g fat)
water (started 4th-20oz bottle)

lunch: salad w/ 3oz roasted chicken breast strips (110 cal/1g fat)
lettuce mix (15 cal/0g fat)
med. tomato (25 cal/0g fat)
1/4C. shredded ff chedar cheese (45 cal/0g fat)
2T. Kraft ff italian dressing (20 cal/0g fat)
(finished 4th water, started 5th bottle)

afternoon snack: none, finished 5th bottle of water (100oz)

dinner: (Baskin-Robbins) brownie sundae (1614 cal/93g fat)

PM snack: water (started 6th bottle)


my target calories/fat for today: 2400 cal/80g fat
my actual calories/fat for today: 2349 cal/111g fat

So I came in 51 calories under target, but 31g over in fat.

Clearly I'm done eating for the day!:(

*this wasn't a typical day, I had to make meals lighter and skip my normal snacks to compensate for the "damage" I knew I'd do at Baskin-Robbins this evening!

Wow donna looks like I have some work to do to get my menu so it is edible and readable!! Yours is great!!

I am so proud of everyone for jumping in there and posting. Took a lot of stuffings for me to do it but I am going to keep posting until I get it right!

Sharon, Thank you for starting the thread!! I needed for this to happen today and bless you for making it easy for me.

Well I wasted yesterday and forgot to take my meds until almost 10 last night!! That happens if I don't take them as soon as i drink my early morning coffee. Today is a better day!!

Breakfast: 7pts

toast 2pt
butter 1pt
Lunch: Chow Mein 4pt 6pt lunch
Banana 1pt
Cherries 1 pt


Dinner:
Salad: lettuce, cuke, tomato, green pepper ( 2 servings of lettuce= 5 fresh veggies)

dressing 3 pt

2 bread 2 pts
1 butter 1 pt


Total Points for the day: 23 points Couldn't do the 28-33 tummy problems like nausea

Appetite was on the brink today. Water intake is good but need a better balanced menu for tomorrow. Plus when I checked in ww online to record weight, ww recommended that I go to lower end of points. Forgot that so I willdo that this coming week and hopefully a weight loss for next week.

Today I ate what I felt like and tried to stay within points. Must work on better weekend menu's also!! I see I have lots to do .
