<font color="green">Well I'm back again with the results of my weigh in today. Was shocked to learn that I've lost another 5 pounds..WHOOO HOOOO. All that walking on the treadmill is really paying off. But I was shocked when they told me to eat more points to accommodate for my walking. Are they nuts????? I eat my maximum points now at 29 and besides I'm not hungry after I walk??? DUH>>>>>>>>>My total is now 17 1/2 pounds down in 4 weeks. The first week I lost 3 on my own. This weight watchers really does work. I have 32 pounds left to goal of my first goal weight of 150...</P>
