I have been a big girl all my life. (5'10 between 175 and 250) Three years ago I met my dream guy and married a year later. However, he wasn't an American citizen so he had to leave me until his paperwork was approved. (Oh did I mention he has the sexiest Australian accent you have ever heard) My knight in shining armor was gone 9 long months and in that time I put on +75lbs. I was sooo depressed.

Now my hubbie is back and I am mentally well planted on my feet. With his daily support I have joined Weight Watchers 123 program. I have lossed 25lbs steadily. However, last week I didn't get to exercise and get my water in (and I am sure I didn't make the best food choices). I went to weight in last week, and I gain 6lbs... Is it really possible?

Well I am getting back on this horse and continuing to my weight loss goal. I was just wondering if someone can explain to me why water is so important?

Ok, I am not an expert, but here goes, water helps regulate hunger, helps burn fat, helps the body get rid of waste and toxins. Also, you get a better workout when you are well hydrated. (when you exercise),m Also when you are dehydrated you get fatigued more easily and then tend to eat more. Also helps your liver work more efficiently. Also, one can't chew when they are swallowing water, just a joke.I try to drink some in the morning b4 I leave, at least then I already have some of my water in. Also if you don't drink enough water, your bodoy actually holds on to water, then you have water weight. So DRINK UP! ;)
