I am trying to lose weight by both sensible eating and excersize habits. I am looking for an online weight loss support mechanism that can help me track my weight, excercize and eating habits. Is there a log available some where in cyber space that can help support me in my dieting efforts.

I couldnt figure out how to use it!

I'm so relieved to hear someone else has trouble with the cyberspace journaling techniques. I tried Activelog which was recommended in the Atlanta newspaper, but couldn't figure it out either. I wish they would post very specific directions.
