Well done!Every day and with every pound you are closer and closer to your goal!Don't think about the 90lbs..think about the 3 you'll loose by the end of the week. loosing 27 lbs is fantastic!Try on some of your clothes that you used to wear in December and bust out those "holiday"pictures you swore to throw away, stand in front of your mirror and you'll see the difference!Keep up the good work!

27 Pounds is awesome! How great for you -- and if you are losing 2-3 a week that means you've developed the exercise/eating right habit. It must feel fantastic to get those compliments -- that is so great. Keep up the great work. Do you keep your measurements? If you do, it's another good way to see your progress. Congrats!

Way to go Natalie! You're doing great. Keep your mind set on small goals, not the big picture. That helps me. Best, Kim

You are doing so well. Keep it up. I too had a lot to loose. I am down 75 lbs, with 22 more lbs to go. I set a goal for my birthday (April 21st) to weight 130 - 135. But it's right around the corner now. I hope to atleast get to 140 (12 more lbs to go for 140 YEAH!!!). I weigh 152 right now. You will have your struggle's, but don't give up. I sure haven't. You will see times that the scale won't move for a week or two. You will get it moving again if you keep on track. When you are a lot over weight like I was, the first 1/2 of the weight was so easy to drop, but I have been struggling with this last half. Plus I have dropped all the weight in less than 3 months, so I am having the toning problem. It's really difficult to get the tummy and thighs tightened. I do a lot of differant exercises( walking, jogging, bike, aerobics, work on the waist, butt, and abs, and use toning ropes. They are just like weights.), but still slowly getting there. So keep up the great job you are doing to improve your life. We are all here for support of each other. It has really helped me. As suggested, try on those clothes and see how they hang now. I always did that when I was feeling low about myself. Now I can't do that because I have given all those clothes to good will/salvation army now. Take care. Stacey

way to go, it sounds like you arent going to let anything or anyone get in your way. dont think of 90 pounds, otherwise, you might go off your diet. think in terms of 5 or 10 pound goals. it works for me, it might work for you. good luck in losing.

Way to go Natalie on your weight loss! :D You should be very proud of your self. If you can lose 27 lbs, you can lose what you set your mind to.
Keep doing what you're doing, because it's working.

I started putting our dinner on salad plates (it's just my little mental thing, I can't put 3 slices of something on a larger dinner plate, I'd feel deprived just by looking at that). Anyhow, that's helped my hubby and I to some degree, but also, I've increased my exercise time. It was really disappointing, because I was (thought I was) working so hard and the scale wasn't moving. My doctor told me that I needed to increase the amount of time that I exercised. 20 min. is not long enough, not for me if I want and need to lose weight. As you well know, it is hard, but you've already proven that you can do it and like the others were saying, think of it as 5 to 10 lbs. at a time. That's how I keep my sanity.

Again, congrats on the weight loss :D :D
