You're right..I should just forget about the scale on a day to day basis.But in the morning I'm like a kid at Christmas rushing into the bathroom tearing off my clothes to see what may have melted off ;)You are close to the 30 lbs mark..only 16 more to go!That's only a little over a month away!Do you think that you might be building muscle with your swimming?Maybe that's why you're not loosing?Someone here suggested adding a different exercise to your routine to give your body variety..do you do things other than swimming?I've added a 20min handweight routine and (don't laugh!) the Thigh Master every other night :)Have a great weekend and don't sweat the small stuff...
