well i am finally able to see the light at the end of the weight loss tunnel. it may have taken me almost 2 years to get where i am now but at least i got here. Diettalk is the reason why i am here at only 4.5 pounds til goal with 45 pounds behind me. the support and friendship i have found here has encouraged me and made me believe in myself.
4.5 pounds to go i am almost there and it feels GREAT!

Chevy that is excellent congradulations..just had one input on your title...there is no end to the tunnel...it is all about the journey to get to where you are you had to make permanent changes in your lifestyle and those are changes that you must continue in forever to maintain your goal weight..I am so happy for you and hope to eventually be the best healthy me I can be...you are a terrific role model..eep up the good work you are unstoppable!!

i agree 100% pamela about the tunnel being on going... i am far from the end of my journey but i know that there will be plenty of stops along the way. goal will be one of those but i have plenty of others in mind.
