I'm sorry but there is no "fast" or "easy" way to lose weight and keep it off. Almost all of us on this board acnowledge that face. It takes eating healthy and daily exercise. Also if your selling, you're on the wrong board.

thats a shame people cant listen to the rules and post this in the product area. easy and fast my left toe, anything that fast and easy that will make you lose weight, will put back that amount plus 10 more. i think i will keep with my old saying, slow and steady wins the race, besides, i like eating healthy and exercising. makes me feel better. good luck to all and have a safe and healthy weekend.
