I am 5'5" and weigh 155. I lost 20 pounds about 3yrs ago and need to lose 20 more. I lost the weight by eating lowfat and excercising. I just can't seem to get myself to eat healthy. I crave junk food all the time. I excercise about 5 days a week for an hour, but I eat really bad. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!!!!

well you know that you can lose this 20 pounds you have done it before...were you following a program last time.
it sounds like you have the exercise all worked out. maybe start writing down what you eat as a means of keeping yourself on track.
i know you can do it and i think you know you can too...
i would love to be able to do an hour of exercise 5 days a week but with small children thats not always possible. i would be asking myself why i am working out so much if i will never reap the benefits...

Try to make one change in your eating or exercise habbits every day and stick by it.It took me 16 days to completely change mine . it needs some planning but it's worth it .I have already lost 7lb.
Just write down what you do and eat every day on one side and what changes you want to make on the other.If you like to eat junk food don't stop eating it altogether but gradually try to cut it out of your diet.
