Hi everyone,
I just figured I would put in my 2 cents on the miracle products out there. I hate to say, but yes I got suckered into a few things, and the only miracle product I have found that really and truely works.....everyone has access to it and its very cheap.....WATER.

Ladyice, I agree with you 100%! Water helps so many things and people just don't get it sometimes. I drink at least 80 ounces a day and really enjoy it, too. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. From what I read there are so many out there that say they don't like water. It's the only thing I know of that really truly quenches my thirst. Thanks for the reminder....

I'm with you, Theresa.... room temperature is what I drink. I've heard that cold is better for you, but I've never seen any documentation on that and it just doesn't seem logical to me. I can't do cold... it makes my teeth hurt. :) But I'll keep drinking it whatever temperature it is!

I also read that ice water is the best for you....supposedly it speeds up your metabolism It has something to do with cooling you body down which raises your basal rate therefore burning more calories. I don't know if it's true, haven't read research studies, but I'm a magazine diet tip pro.....lol. IF a magazine mentions weighloss on the cover I buy it! I say if you happen to like ice water drink it ice cold, just in case, but I imagine if it does work it doesn't burn many calories!

happy drinking....

How much water is to much? I have heard that too much is bad for you.

I have heard so many times that it really helps to drink lots of water, but unfortunately it's something I've never really had much success with.
Can anyone tell me what the benefits are, and if it is plain water I should be drinking, or just things with water in, i.e. coffee, soda, etc.
I have heard so much about the benefits people have found and I am going to really start trying myself, but does anyone have any tips?

ive also wanted to know that, i drink between 2-3 64 oz containers of water a day, is that too much. i know i dont have diabetes, ive checked that out, i just really like water, but i dont want to drink too much. ive heard people have drowned themselves drinking too much water, any answers out there. also, the people who did it, there was only like 3 or 4 anyways.
