Well hopefully I'm getting started today, but then again that's what I say multiple times. But I guess I have new motivation to get started. I go to las vegas in a little less than a month and all the heat and walking is hellish when u have a lot of extra weight. But yeah, just trying to slim down because I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable.

Along with the 3 D's I found one other D that has motivated me, a date!! Haha, it's like my first one in my whole entire life, w/someone I've known for years but never had the nerve to ask out. Good luck everyone.
I'm planning on going in a mainly liquid diet. Which consists of probably slim fast and a type of MRP for the meal replacement, either gnc's or myoplex. I'll have to start working out again. Can anyone attest to what is the right amount of exercise when someone is on a pretty ultra low calorie plan? I'd wanna go as much as I can but don't wanna burn myself out right off the bat.

Well it's been about a week and I still haven't progressed much, the local pizza place where I work gives us free cheese sticks occasionally and those have been bad for me. Also at home mom always cooks and I have been weak in resisting. Gosh! I need to start out quick, with a bang, my pants are getting way too tight.

Hi Mike,
Initially getting my eating under control and figuring it out was my biggest issue, so I relied more heavily on exercise to lose weight than I did eating better.
So while you are getting a handle on your eating, can you put more emphasis on exercise, particularly weight training? And as you increase your fitness level, you'll make automatic changes to your eating to better fuel your workouts, that's how I actually got to a place of eating better, it was inspired more and more by my fitness level.
