Well my goal is to lose 100 pounds by this time next year(well at least 80 or 90) im really going TO try hard. And i know i will suceed with my will and determanation!!!! :) and the help and support of u guys here at diet talk. (i'm so glad i found u guys and the site):o

So glad to see you decided to join us at the Journal Forum. I think you will find a great deal of support and encouragement by other DT members .......
The journal is a great way (in my opinion) to let others know about you .... and for you to LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF AND HOW YOU ARE GOING TO SUCCEED IN ACHIEVING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS :up:.

Hi Butterflyz,
I think you'll enjoy journaling, it really has been a help to me daily. You'll find in a short time you'll have a regular group of "visitors" that will be here to offer you daily support and guidance in whatever you need at the time.
So remember this journal is your world, so use it as a tool to help you achieve your goals. Don't be afraid to express yourself, because believe it or not, no matter what you go through or what you feel, at least one other person somewhere will be able to reach out to you and say, "I've felt that too...."
