View Full Version : week 4 feeling pretty good

Hi everyone.

Well first i must say that week 4 started late. My celebration for finishing nursing school extended into the weekend:o But by Monday i had myself back on track. I managed the food diary three days straight...which for me is HUGE. I even started calculating the points to get an idea of where to make cuts or changes because i am planning to do winning points by WW. I also managed to exercise Monday and Tuesday. I worked Wednesday, but still should have done something. I spent my free time before work studying...and i'm happy to say i think i am doing well with that too. Although i am still not meeting 100% of my initial goal which was exercise minimum 3 or 4 times per week 30-45 min. and food diary everyday. I feel like now that school is actually out i can concentrate a little more and am feeling quite determined. This last week has just been quite good in a lot of ways and i'm feeling good about myself, that i can do this and i want it for myself....i deserve it. So now the goal remains the same for week 5, but i fully expect and am committed to getting it all in this time. :)

P.S. wish me luck...my nursing registration exams are Wed.Aug 6th and i will update you on my diet/exercise progress on the 7th. toodaloo.:D
