Hi everyone...

So glad to finally report that i finally met my first goal that i set out for myself.

I recorded every little thing i ate for the last week (wiping sweat off my brow ;) ) and i exercised for 110 minutes total....three times seperately.

Hate to gloat but i'm so proud of myself. If my digital scale is at all accurate (yeah right) i am down to 271.5.

I wrote my registration exam today and i believe i passed. will let you know for sure in about a months time.

same goal for next week, but staying within my target points range. I've noticed some days i'm so close and some days so far away from the high end of the range. so this is something i need to work on.
