Well here I am again. Some of those may remember me, some of those may not. I moved from PA to VA recently and haven't been eating healthy and got wayyyy off track.. So here I go again. I stood on the scale this morning at a whopping 230 pounds. UGGHHHH!!! But its no ones fault but my own. So now I have to change my profile :( I hate when the numbers go up :( Anyway I have to start getting serious. With the Diabetes and all I worry for my health and I need to get it under control. I also have a high school reunion (middle of OCT) and I doubt I will go but I would like to be down at 10 pounds by then.
Well everyone wish me luck, I wish you luck on your journey.
Hugs

I started the South Beach Diet on Sat, Three days into Phase 1 and I am already down 5 pounds.. WOOHOO!!!! So excited. I am suprised I have been having such luck with this diet as carbs are my hardest thing to control but so far so good :) I am so excited and psyched! I feel like I am on top of the world. I met my Labor Day Challenge already :)

Day 4 and still going strong. I am so psyched with this diet. I feel good, I have more energy and I don't feel hungry. Most of my carb cravings have went away and I am just in the 4th day!!! I feel great. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful :)
Last night though I was a little tempted. Hubby brought home a Mountain Dew Live Wire and it looked soooo good, lol but I held to my guns. Felt much better about turning it down afterwards, hehe.

Looks like you are doing great, angelmommy. I have been incorporating facets of the SBD into my eating plan, combining it with the Richard Simmons Foodmover. I think it is quite a healthy way of eating.
We each have to find what works for us. Good luck to you as you continue on yur journey to a smaller YOU.
