Debbie1986 09-02-03, 05:09 AM so even though I started weight watchers 3 days ago I stuck to tuesday as my weigh in day and after just 3 days on my new diet I have lost 1lb - I'm so glad it relaly makes me feel like carrying on now.
Debbie1986 09-05-03, 08:31 AM well I MUST go and exercise in a minute - I think I'll probably do a leslie sansone DVD I don't feel like much else today - certainly not susan powter. I've got a bit og a headache - I think it must be the heat - tis warm today. Well I've been on target points wise today (lets not mention wednesdday lol) and with some exericse I should be doing well!
Debbie1986 09-05-03, 03:34 PM so I did my exercise for the day - I got out my WATP for ABS DVD and decided to do the 1 mile then decided I could stretch to the 2 mile but some how found myslef walking the 3 MILE TAPE! wow I tkinda suprised myself - it was the first time that I had ever done the 3 mile. I ache all over now but I feel brilliant! yey! :jn:
Debbie1986 09-19-03, 01:06 PM OK well haven't updated here for a while coz to be honest I've not been following WW to good - however I have managed to loose 1lb which I think is more luck than anything.
Today however I have started again and have done well so far:
Breakast: 1 point
Lunch: 4.5 points
Tea: 8 points
Anytime: 1 point
which leaves me TONS left over as I'm allowed 26 points in a day!
Also mum bought me a WW food journal to write it all down in, as a surprise and I am just waiting for my WW calculator to arrive which will mean I won't have to keep hopping online to check points as thats a bit of a pain!
