Okay, I've been to work out only four times, I've got to be patient. I just feel like I'm never going to lose weight. WHEN, WHEN, WHEN???? I really want time to pass quickly so I can get there (my goal weight). This week I want to
#1: not gorge myself once
#2: say my morning prayers every day
#3: work out four times
#4: be patient with my family
We shall see!!!!!!!
