Hi all. My name is Lenna , I am 5ft 4in and weigh 209 pounds. I have gained over 60 pounds in the last three years, just from being lazy and starting a major affair with anything sweet. I need help!!!

I decided to start this journal so I would be held accountable for everything I choose to put in my mouth and for every day I am too lazy to move my lard butt. I know it's gonna be a long journey, but I am in it for the long haul. I just want a small loss each week, will be happy w/half a pound, but would love to lose a pound a week. That would put me at about 165 for my vacation to San Diego March of 2005. Don't want to scare all the kiddies at the beach...........

Well, will post food and water and excersize in this every day, and will try to post calories. I guess my main goal is to stop eating all that candy that has become my crutch. I hope ya'll can help me by keeping me motivated, cause boy, i need motivation!!

So here we go. My menu for yesterday

Breakfast - nothing.. wasnt't awake yet
Lunch - tuna salad w/crackers
Dinner - soup, salad, and yogurt
Extra mini meal 8-| Biscuits and gravy and half a chocolate shake from Whataburger.

Total calories - 1836
Total fat - 69g (a little higher than 30%, but not much)
Total carbs - 200
total protien 99

WATER - 121 oz!!! :D

All in all feel pretty good about my eating and calories and whatnot. I should have passed on the biscuits and shake, but was starving.

Would love to have gotten some excersize in, but alas it's cold and raining and my only good forms of exersize are riding my bike, or walking. Neither sounds good :)

Here we go again

Breakfast - jelly donut (bad, I know)
Lunch - tuna salad w/crackers
Dinner - soup, 1/2 potato, yogurt
Snacks - 2 pc chocolate( little ones) and 3 handfuls of triskets


total calories - 1785
total fat - 56 (only 28% fat!!!)
total carbs - 230
total protien - 85

Okay, so I see I need less carbs i think, so does that mean more protein???
