Hey all. Startihg to journal and work out again. Fogired this would be a good way to start, to give me some kind of accountability. I started a new workout and eating plan last week. So far, in one week, have lost about 5 pounds, and around 2-3 inches. I am very excited about it. Not following the eating plan to the tee yet, but so far things seem to be working. Just need to get off my bootie, and keep going. Will keep this short. Off to the gym to work out. Hope everyone has a good day.
