Starting tomorrow I'll be counting my calories and posting them here. I'll be taking my lunches to work so I don't spend the money on junk. I'm sure there will be some things that I won't be able to count if they are not labeled. I've got a good start on the basics but I might need a little help from you friends.

I looked up one th of posts about how to figure out how many I eat now and how much I burn during a day and I've come up with the 1st # I need to start with tomorrow 1430 cals each day for this coming week. KIM
