I am going to start this journal and make myself accountable, I want to lose about 30 more lbs. So I am going to write down all foods eaten during the day and write down all workouts.
I am going to be going on vacation in June, to my home town and we are going to get together with some old friends that we have not seen in years..and I don't want them to see me at this weight. I weigh about 30lb. more then when most of these people saw me last. I have about 4 months to do this in...so I hope that I can do this.I have not been very sucessful in my previous attemps at losing weight. I do well for a couple of weeks and then I go back to my old eating habits. Since last June I have lost 10 lb.I guess 10 lb. is better then nothing, but its taking me so long. I would like to lose at least 5 lb. a month, this should be doable. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!

My eating has not been good today...but here goes

Meal#1 Sweet roll and coffee...I know bad
Snack coke
Meal#2 tuna salad on white bread...I usually have whole wheat,
diet coke
Meal#3 roasted lemon pepper chicken breast
rice
green beans
1 slice bread

Workout: CATHE STEP BLAST

I know my eating was not all that good today, I did some M&M's and I did have 2 cokes...tomorrow I will get back on track and do better, I do have the day off tomorrow and I find that I have more trouble with eating on my days off. I need to get rid of the sugar!!!!!

Brenda, thank for the welcome. I really am going to need the support to keep me on track. I need to get this weight off for good..but it is hard, I think I will get the motivation I need to keep at this journey I have started.

Ann thanks for the encouragement! I think this is going to be a great place to get my motivation I so need. I just started journaling and I have already received the encouragement I need.

Well, its day 2 on my journal and I haven't ate much today......but I have ate wrong things AGAIN!!!
I have the day off,and on my days off I don't do so well on eating. For breackfast I had a sweet roll and coffee, I just love somthing sweet in the morn. when I am not working.I am not in a hurry to get off to work and I just love to be able to ease into the day with my french vanilla coffe and some sort of pastry. But tomorrow back to work and will eat much better.
For lunch I had tuna on whole wheat...at least that was a good choice....oh and a few M&M's...just a few.
I did do a good workout today. I did CATHE STEP BLAST with the weight work from STEP, JUMP, & PUMP, for a total of 81 min. of working out. I burned some calories with this workout. I love this workout from her new Blast Series. These are the only 2 I have. I am going to order KICK,PUNCH,&CRUNCH AND LEG & GLUTES this Fri. I love CATHE workouts!!!!!:lift:
For dinner tonight I had a small baked potato, salad, and a small steak and I didn't eat any bread yea!!!!!
I made brownies today ate one piece and then I threw away the rest..I should not have even made them, but I knew if I had them around I would eat a least half of them, so I better not make any goodies for awhile. I know that I will not completely stop eating treats..cause I like them so darn much, but I better just have them occasionly.
I need to get off for tonighht..cause the I.U. game is just about to start, and I can't miss that, GO HOOSIERS

Back to work today, after having 3 days off,and it was hard to get back in the swing of things. Started my day off with my eating , good. I had oatmeal with some flax and half of a slice of toast. For my break I had sugar free/lowfat yogurt with more flax....... I was told that a fellow associate's birthday was today and I had to decorate her a cake( I am a cake decorator). So we all had a piece of cake...I know I should not of had that cake, i ate a small piece, but I wish I just said no to the cake......I am so weak.. We have another birthday Sun. and another one 10 days later.I will not eat anymore cake, I will not eat anymore cake. I have to keep reminding myself not to eat the cake.
For lunch, I had tuna sandwich/whole wheat bread and a small apple. Now I need to go and get my workout done.
