Ok, here we go again with the anal retentive dieting. I logged back on to FitDay (http://www.FitDay.com) for the first time in 4ever. And I just signed up here, since I'm not doing Atkins anymore I couldn't use the ActiveLowCarber website ne more.

I'm 121 lbs and I'm going to try to get back to 105 lbs. I have a pooch from having my son a year ago (as of March 11th) and I want to see if any of it goes away by me getting back to my old size. If not, I just have to admit that I can't wear my belly shirts anymore. :c( I read this morning that if you get a tummy tuck to remove the loose belly skin from pregnancy you shouldn't have ne more kids bc you can get HORRIBLE stretch marks. And I'm only 22 and I'm sure my husband and I will have another baby later in life.

I was dieting after I had our son. I gained 50 lbs that weren't baby with the pregnancy. I was always kinda scared to eat before bc I didn't want to get fat, maybe borderline anna. And when I found out I was prego I was so excited bc I knew I had to eat to have a healthy kid. So I PIGGED OUT!!! It was great! But now my body is reflecting the way fast weight gain, and rapid loss. I was 160 when I got home from the hospital, lost 20 lbs by walking daily and not eating sweets, lost another 20 lbs on Atkins...and I've just been chilling at 120 (sometimes dropping down to 115). I want to get below 115 and stay there damnit!

I don't mind exercising. I have an eliptical machine and the AbLounge (my mother in law bought it for my husband and I) I have just slacked off using them the past few weeks. But I bought my Xenadrine (which is great, I have found when taking it I can eat pretty much whatever I want, within reason, and maintain my current weight, great around the holidays!!!) and am getting ready to take the exercise plunge again. I know if I do it I'll feel better and have more energy, it's just getting the umph to do it! LOL.

So with that said, I'm off to take my Xenadrine, drink a glass of ice tea, watch cartoons w/ my son and hop on that eliptical machine!

:cheer:

Hi Rebel,

I just checked your weight goal with a weight chart and you are already way below the suggested weight for someone 5'2".

Maybe just some ab exercises are all you need.
