Mexico was a blast!! But, now I'm blasting out the bano (bathroom)! My stomach is so upset, and I don't remember drinking any water there. I finally figured it out when a girl at work told me it could have been the plane's complimentary drinks, which have ice in them. :D
So, if your heading that way be careful!
Anyways, I'm finally back from my trip, and it was a really good eye opener to what I really need to do. I realized the real thing that makes me fat is my motivation and attitude toward weight loss (wl). I have been overweight most of my life, and have almost grown content with being 'big boned' or 'carrying my weight well.' I had fun, but my weight got on my last nerve! I could barely find nice clothes to fit me because they don't carry women sizes like the States. It was so disheartening! The trip showed me so much about myself, and just to think...I wasn't going to go...:)
I'm not sure how much I weigh right now, but I feel bigger! I barely ate that much down there, and I walked like crazy! My friend and I eventually started calling our sandals Jesus zapatos!
They were worn out like we had walked around the world in those bad boys.
Since I have a hard time staying motivated at times, I made a little workout schedule that would help keep working out interesting:
3 x a week: Step Video
2 x a week: Walking
4 x a week: Strength training/toning
Just gotta work on my eating, which is quite tough. What really works for me is journaling, so I gotta get back to this....
