this time I am focusing on gettin to two miles in 20 minutes seems impossible right now.. and low calaries.. and so many pounds to get there..... I have worked out four times since monday .... I want to see instant results.. I am hoping for two pounds a week -- it is not happening ... 50 pounds by August sounds so impossibly possible..

We weigh about the same right now but you exercise a lot more!!!
I try to walk just 1 km every day....I'm not much of exercising type....
Two pounds a week is very good goal..Hope you'll get it..

i am weighing in every day.. keeps me frustrated.. but the plan is to only count Mondays.. so far a lot of work and not enough loss. I have been doing the treadmill again for just a couple of weeks. I am going to try to count the calories better. It sounds so uphill and like so much work. But I guess it is that metabolism thing. I had a baby and a lot of stress within the last three years..at the age of forty. the weight just doesn't want to get off as much as I want it off. I have come to the conclusion instead of wanting I have to work it off(My new career ha ha) I just hope it works - it is so frustrating for me.

Im on in and around the same as yourself...Im aiming for 132 but I don't know whether I will make another goal after that..... Im 5'4' so Im thinking that 32 might be quite a good weight for me......??? not really sure
Right now Im really barrelling into the excercize because I don't feel I have it in me to concentrate on my diet at the moment
I really think daily weights are a bad idea though,....they just cause frustration.....and they can make or break your day.........your so much better to pick a day and weigh in on that day every week....just me though
Anway, I hope your keeping up the work,...just don't burn yourself out pet....it can happen very easily,...take your time its worth it in the long run
