I started back on my diet on Monday. Hopefully it will stick. I rollerbladed for 30 minutes on Monday and 25 or so on Tuesday. Today is really windy so I know rollerblading will be miserable...but I really need to get some exercise in today because I've already eaten a chocolate bunny AND pizza....arg. At least I don't drink anything but diet coke or diet pepsi anymore! It will be easier after next week when my finals are over. I picked a stupid week to start back what with all the stress, and whenever I'm at the library I just want one of those gargantuous chocolate chip cookies or a bagel and cream cheese...and I'm normally there late at night...not a good combo!
Biology...here I come! :-/ :down:

WElcome back! It seems like you know what your danger zones are, that will help you a lot! Seems like we have very similar goals as well! Just think, if you can stay on track during the stresses of finals week, you can do it anytime! I am also entering finals on monday, but I am done Monday:) Good luck, and keep us posted on how you are doing!

Hi Kerry! I"m Kelly and like you am also a college student, started a new program on monday and start finals next monday. PHEW. Sometimes i crave the sugar at night to keep me up writing those last few pages. So we are all here to support you! Stick with this and you'll be down in no time!

Thanks guys! Maybe my ways will switch, and I'll spend hours on end fasting in the library, :D Wouldn't that be nice? I'm glad to see others in my shoes :) I'm just ready to get back to feeling good about myself--because no matter if I was only 10 lbs lighter than I am now, I felt a heck of a lot better than I do now! My loose pants from like...a month ago don't fit anymore, 8-} Hehe, can you see I like the smilies?

I'm in trouble. My roommate is an instigator...and I'm going along with it... :o It's okay, it's okay... hehe...sorry I needed a quick venting post. :tomato:

Hope you have fun with the instigator roommate. My roomie calls herself one all the time, and makes a motion like an alligator with her arms. She's a nut.
Don't spend too much time fasting and wasting away at the library. Take breaks every couple hours to eat something to keep you going. You'll be better able o concentrate, and it will be a lot better for your weight loss plan! Good luck this week, and I hope that you enjoy your last weekend before summer!

Hehe, I can see Katherine (my roomie) doing the alligator thing, LOL. Ohhh well. Yeah, I'll take some breaks at the library, don't worry :-D We have a java daves in the library that has like...salads and such. It will be good.
