Hello Everyone,

Here I go again starting from square 1. I will starting fresh tomorrow with my food, exercise, and water. I have to make an effort to write my food down otherwise, I go WAY over my points for WW, and I don't want to do that at all. The past two weeks have not been good for me at all. I have been having some health problems. I was not hungery at all, so I just would eat soup and drank juice and my water. I am REALLY hoping that I can have a really good day tomorrow and there after.

Me to im afraid,
im hopless without my tracker,
are you writting it down on here,
i do somrtimes, in my journal, mainly when im going wrong,
i find it helpful that people comment on what im eating, and put me on the right track, :coach:

Always good to meet a fellow WW. I have a awesome Muffin recipe if you want. Super easy to make and only 1.3 to 2 pts depending on how big you make them... I always list my food in my journal. I have to in order to know what I am doing.... I have a stack of papers about a inch thick now of my menus. hrm really nee to get those into a binder. Hello All,

Looked at my watch and realized that it is getting kinda late and I have not made an entry in here. I did do some walking but not that much that would make a difference on the hips :laugh: It is raining and thundering out here where I live. We REALLY need the rain bad. I really have not eaten that much today. All I had was a snack size bag of micro popcorn, about 4oz of roast beef, 1c mixed freshed veggies and that was it. I did help a close friend do some cleaning, so I guess that counts as exercise :shrug: That is about it until tomorrow. Keep going everyone.

Good Evening All,

I got up this morning for the day and went to my first WW meeting. It felt REALLY good to be there again, to be around a group of people that are losing weight the same way that I want to. The morning started really good with my food until I got home. I spent Friday and today at my Mom's. Like I said, I started having trouble with my food when I got back to my place. I am just going to have start all over again tomorrow. I am going to start writing my food down, water, and exercise that I did that day. I REALLY need to start to get REALLY serious about this, cause at this point, my life depends on it. I am going to try to post as much as I can and help support the rest of you all out there. It has really been nice out here by me. It is supose be somewhere in the 80's tomorrow, so we shall se what happens then. I did do really good with my water tho today. Cause of how heavy I am, I have trouble with poor circulation, bordline diabetic, and a whole bunch of other weight related health problems. I have set several small goals for myself. Each month I am going to try to lose at least 10 lbs. I think that is an ok goal to reach each month.

Hi Deedee,
I hope I gave you the right times last night for chat! Chat is 9 EST on Tuesday night.

Looks like you have a handle on what you want to do. I have found when I write things down then I can go back and see where I made my mistake or see what really worked!! Simply amazing as to what I can find in my journal after a week! Usually I find the bites here and there that stopped me from losing that week!

Sometimes we just have to say ok and then start again! I sure have done that plenty of times!! You are going to do fine I just know it!!

Well here I am again. This past week has really sucked majorly. My whole food plan went down the drain and then some. :c( I am trying my best to lose the weight, but I am having ALOT of trouble doing this. I hope that it will get better once I have some money to get the things that I need to do this. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. :help:

I don't think you are doing so bad! Look at how far you have come. Everyone is not successful the first couple times trying ( in my case about 100 trials) but we have to keep trying and learn from our mistakes.

You just have to decide to get in there and fight to lose. If you have to start over everyday for a while then do it. I personally start over each day and figure if I can make it through this 24 hours then I will work for the next 24 hours. Sometimes I can only do 5 minutes at a time but the main thing is to KEEP TRYING! Don't ever ever give up on you!!

Take time and come here to DT and read journals and check out all th e forums and find the one that suits you best and go for it. Build you own support team and join in on others. Talk to people and find out what is working for them and perhaps that might work for you.

What works for me is to challenge myself and state a goal and then give 100% opportunity to accomplish the goal. Right now I am challenging my self to drink 64 oz of water a day. I can accomplish that goal by coming to WW forum and posting each day how much water I consumed. Also helps me to post in others journals. That helps me to be accountable.

Don't give up or give in just start over today!! Keep smiling!!!!!! You will find that "new me".

I meant to respond to your post earlier this morning .....

Now look imo OUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEYS ARE FOR A LIFETIME .... and our SUCCESS IS SOMETHING THAT CAN AND WILL BE ACHIEVED ONE DAY AT A TIME ... ONE MEAL AT A TIME.

My question to you is every time you go off track ... ARE YOU GOING TO :whip: BEAT YOURSELF EMOTIONALLY WHEN THAT OCCURS? ... if you do that, imo that is the worst thing any of us could do BECAUSE THE NEGATIVITY ONLY INCREASES THE POSSIBILITY of of creating more problems ....

Okay you went off your program THAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU A BAD PERSON ... or a FAILURE .... each one of us has gone off track COUNTLESS TIMES .... what is important IS THAT YOU GET BACK TO FOLLOWING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PLAN ... make the necessary changes so that IF THE SITUATION SHOULD OCCUR AGAIN .. that you are better prepared to handle the situation.

You have THE POWER AND THE ABILITY TO SUCCEED AT WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE TO DO ... our journey is a matter of CHOICES ... so put a :) on your face AND KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MANY TOMORROW'S IN WHICH YOU CAN SUCCEED. Make it a great day. As always, Monica
