I just read the part about HTML, UBB, Blah, Blah and am now totally intimidated. This is the first time I have ever posted a message and I hope it works. I am living in Honduras (my husband is with the US Embassy) and finding that most food does not have a nutrition label! Yikes! Lots of fresh produce though, which is a plus. I hope to lose 40 pounds and if I ever figure out how to use this site properly I hope to become a regular member.
