Until I get myself diciplined enough to "plan and eat" instead of "grab and go"....I will post prior days food.....each day. Well that's the "plan" anyhoo!

Feel free to do yours here as well!

Mon. 11/1....
B. Coffee...was busy at work

L. Big Fat weenies (2) w/catsup
Can of green beans ( yep, the whole can!)
Slice of cheese...yum.....ok I was really hungry!

D. Roasted turkey thigh w/catsup and about 4 oz. roast pork
Can of ranch style beans (again..the whole can....Fiber!) w/cheese
6 oz low fat milk/ 4 lucious cookies

Snack.....hahah!.....like 5 handfuls of lucious cookies
OK..the rest go to my co-worker TODAY!

Day one mostly ugly but hey....I'm a work in progress and honesty is a key factor!

Tuesday 11/2:

Breakfast:
Corned beef hash/poached eggs/orange juice/coffee
*I smashed the hash after heating to remove a lot of fat...yum!

Lunch:
Chicken and dumplings: no salt added..VERY bland :(
2 Big Fat weenies w/mayo/catsup/mustard on HB bun

Snack:.....ok the cookies didn't go to the office!
Dessert bowl (small) of cookies and cup of coffee

Snack two:
Dessert bowl of cookies and a cup of coffee

Dinner:
Chicken and dumplings: added margarine and lite salt for some flavor......

Day two: MEASURED snacks and NO PM binge......

Wednesday: 11/3

Breakfast:
Chorizo/eggs/cheese/coffee/orange juice

Lunch:
Chili dawgs (2) w/HM chili/cheese/catsup/mustard

Snack:
Killed off the cookies/small glass of LF milk

Dinner:
Grilled steak/catsup/asparagus w/marg.

Snack:
4 jalapeno poppers (yum)/ small amt. HM chili/sour cream

Thursday 11/4:

Breakfast:
Malto-meal/marg./creamer/splenda/trail mix....yum
Coffee

Lunch:
Pork roast/BB-Q sauce/broccoli mix w/marg.

Dinner:
Chili-mac w/cheese/catsup
2 big ol' weenies
1/2 HB bun w/mayo
4 jalapeno poppers

No snacking........now if I can tame down dinner!

Hey welcome to DT and thanks for posting! I have a lot of work to do..especially with my evening meals as I am not thinking so clearly then!
I really like the sliding scale I'm seeing around the board! I think I'll do one! Congrats on your loss of 17kg! woohoo!

Friday 11/6

Breakfast:
YIKES! Chili mac:1/2 cup
HB bun:1/2
weenie.....I was hungry!

Lunch:
Cheese omelet: 2 eggs/1 slice cheese
Canned pear halves: 3

Dinner:
Chili mac: 1/2 cup.......killed it off...... I stretched that bowl of chili!
Weenies: 2...knocked those off too
Grilled steak/BB-Q sauce..OH NO...I'm out of catsup!
HB bun w/mayo

I'm gonna pick up salad stuff today and some fruit. Now that I'm out of catsup, I HAVE to go to the store! :tomato:

LOL! Frankfurters? Uh....Weiners..hotdogs....YUMMY and full of stuff I have no business having but ...BUT.....they were Ball Parks franks regularly $2.69 and on sale for .89 cents ..since they are new. And when the budget has stretched beyond measure..I thought hey..cheap meat!

Saturday 11/6

Breakfast:
Oatmeal/LF milk/lite marg./orange juice/coffee

Lunch:
HB bun w/mayo/roast pork w/BB-Q sauce/onion/diet soda

Snack:
Killed off the roast pork w/BB-Q sauce/catsup ( I have catsup at work!)

Dinner:
Steak/potato/onion/gravy/English muffin/rice pilaf......a tad only ( 'bout 1/4 cup)

Snack:
Small bowl of oatmeal/creamer/marg/splenda/trail mix..yum! DESSERT!

Water for the week.....averaging about 58 oz. so I will work on that this next week!

Morning Angels,
Oops it is afternoon! Well my intentions were good. lol Sorry for being Mia so much but I am definitely trying to have a life outside of DT but it isn't working very well. Won't until I get health issues settled. BUT in the mean time I am definitely watching my diet. I am actually eating 3 meals a day and only snacking when I think about it or blood sugar says hello!

One thing about it I can always improve on my meal planning and eating. I am trying very hard not to have any junk in the house. Also working on cooking only healthy food and not grabbing junk to eat!

Bren now get away from the weenies they are bad for you!! Don't make me come down there and show you how to shop. Hey if I make it down there we don't don't have to worry about shopping the boyz will do that !! Besides who is gonna teach me to shop first!! I love weenies with cheese melted in them on wheat bread ah ah that is if I ever ate any (like last night) I mean I fixed them for cliff!! Not bad as a chili dog either made WW's way. Also good in kraut. My mom used to always fix wieners and kraut when I was a kid growing up. But that was home made kraut and not so much sodium. Oh and she served mashed potatoes with them. Shoot gf I can think of a 100 ways to fix weenies. Unless you are talk about the person who is a weenie. You know the kind that is afraid of their own shadow. Wow talk about your stream of consciousness. I better scoot before I lose this post!!

Good to see everyone working on menu's. That is the hardest for me. Glad to see this thread Bren!!

Wow you are doing great!!!! Good to see you down 37 kg. How much is that in pounds since I don't know the metric system. Better learn and about time !!

Hiya Lizzie! Good to see ya here! I am using this thread to have accountability with my food intake and it's helping! Yep I love my weenies! They don't love me much tho so I'm not havin' e'm this week. I found yummy chicken and pork cutlets on sale! I see a stir fry in the forecast!

Sunday 11/7:

Breakfast:
Poached eggs/Lite english muffin, toasted/lite marg./strawberry jam
Coffee/Orange juice

Lunch: Spagetti w/sausage/sauce/cheese
Salad w/dressing

Snack:
Biscuit w/ sausage links..........oh yeah..found those marked down..oops!

Dinner:
Roasted chicken/hash browns...shhh..../catsup/sausage links...yum...maple :tomato:

Week two of Food Log: Monday 11/7-Sunday 11/14

Monday:...Water 86 oz. Yay!

Breakfast:
Biscuit (1) Egg (1) Saus. links (2) Orange juice (6 oz.) Coffee (2 C)

Lunch:Roast chicken (4 oz) Salad (1.5 C) Asparagus (1 C) Rice pilaf (.5 C) Tomato (1 med)
Salad dressing (2tbs.) Lite marg (1 tbs.)

Snack: :tomato: 5 pieces chocolate candy! EEEK!

Dinner:
Roasted chicken (6 oz)
Spaghetti w/sausage/sauce/cheese.......mmm...uuhh...(2 C)

Snack:
Killed off the spaghetti........shhhh....(2 C)

Tuesday will look better I'm sure! I will do menu in advance and make changes where I need to. I start out that way and do well 'till the witching hour of 5:30! LOL!

OK.....didn't do by plan but I'm not giving up! I will get in a groove soon and change patterns!

Fried fish.....too much
Seasoned fries.....too much
Catsup/tartar sauce: enough for too much above

Snack:
Turkey ham on a biscuit
