I've decided to commit to posting journal entries of my food intake and exercise. I know what I need to do to lose weight, it is simple. Portion control and move my body. I've recently put on some weight and am about 25-30 pounds from my ideal weight. I am confident that I will lose. I enjoy exercise, however lately with my extra weight it makes me feel depressed as I feel pieces of me jiggle that werent there to jiggle before!!! haha. Tomorrow is day One. My goal is to exercise whenever I can (however little it may be-it all adds up!) and to reduce my energy intake to only what I need, because the "one little cookie wont hurt me" theory has failed me (it all adds up!). Unfortunately for me it is because the one little cookie never ends in one. Ive had my "ideal" body before and I know I can get there again. It just takes discipline and discipline I have! I cant wait to start making smart weight loss decisions, for my ownself!! HERE I GO!!
