Day 1:

Well today was a good day. Not perfect but I finished my papers so Im in a great mood, and it has this ripple effect in everything i do!
Food: -1 large puffed wheat square
-1.5 cups of beef stew in medium sized bread bowl
-large diet coke

I realize my food choices werent the best, however i was running all over trying to get my papers done on time...not that that is an excuse. I could have ordered the salade from wendy's instead of the bread bowl. Breads are what i need to stay away from...because i usually tend to overeat them. Sweets are a no no too. However i know habits will not magically change overnight! I am determined to be the best i can be!
Exercise: -1hr run (+one set of stairs)
-1.5hr kickboxing class

Run today was killer! Felt so good. Im ready for tomorrow and to try and make the best decisions for my body :D
