Alright, going to try journaling here again.
I had a thanksgiving challenge for myself for yesterday till Sunday to do 100 tummy exercises and 3 servings of fruit/veggies a day. Didn't do all the tummy exercises yesterday, so must do extra today.
Today, had a great thanksgiving feast. I went for seconds. But you know, it's thanksgiving, and a lot of effort went into making the turkey, dressing, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, bean caserrole, sweet patato casarolle, the other sausage dressing, 2 different kinds of gravy, brownies, toffees, plus all the other stuff that was bought. Whew.
However, I did go for a short walk/run today. Yay!
So, it's all about making the right choices, right? When presented with a pumpkin pie with cool whip, I can say, "no", or have just a teeny bit, and choose to be slim some day. Hopefully I can make a lot of good choices the rest of the year. I'm behind on my next mini goal..
