Angel dear, I'm new here too, and also struggling to lose weight. I'm 16, and all of my friends are so skinny. They try to tell me I'm not fat, but that doesn't change how I feel. I hope I have finally found somone who feels the same as me. They don't realise how difficult it is!! But, we must keep trying. stay strong and with God. Like to say hi. I am also new and saw people
looking for support and motivation. I was 245 lbs before I got fed up enough to do something serious about it. I had dieted for about 30 years but I think I was afraid of getting thin. Another whole set of issues to deal with about peoples' perceptions of you then.
Friend finally helped me find a progrm that I could handle. I lost weight fast and didn't have time to sabatoge my progress.
So today I am 12 sizes smaller and 105 lbs lighter than my 245 starting weight. I have kept the weight off for 3 years-so I feel better about it staying off. Love to talk with others going through the struggle.
