Hello there! I'm looking for pen-pals to help each other with the CAD diet, Carbs Addicts Diet from Dr. Hellen.

I'm 34 and need to lose 50lbs. It's been an impossible struggle so far and I'm trying this CAD diet now. I heard many good things about it and also have the book.

I'd also love to hear from anyone who's done it and been successful with it. I would appreaciate any stories that you could share with me.
