Okay...so that is just calorie counting in disguise! LOL I did get a kick out of it. Don't say its about bites if you can't have bites of just anything. Sheesh...just say calorie counting. Oh, and not to spark another controversy, but in that article an RD is recommending a 1000-1100 calorie/day diet.
